Base pay range
Admin Assistant – Technical Services
Salary: Grade 4, £27,747.43 to £29,865.34. Increase to Point 2 on Grade at six‑month point and 1st April thereafter to top of grade with cost‑of‑living increases (3.5 % increase from 1st April 2026 agreement in place).
Hybrid Working: two days in office, three days homeworking.
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Admin Assistant will provide administrative support across the Technical Services Team.
Responsibilities
* Support the team by providing service plans for all locations, using information from various web databases, particularly utilities, and handling meter disconnection/removal applications.
* Manage the call‑out rota for technical staff and arrange site visits for technicians and engineers.
* Liaise with the GCC Insurance team to update claims.
* Maintain property databases to reflect changes to the portfolio (including Craig's List), manage property repair lines, and support ICT/system queries (including EDRMS); generate reports from the property system.
* Order supplies, process financial coding, and approve quotes.
* Ensure Health & Safety and risk management procedures are understood and adhered to.
