Rubicon are a successful long established software house based in Bury St Edmunds providing ERP solutions to a number of market sectors. We are looking to expand our team and continue to provide a first-class support service to both existing and new customers.
This role as a member of our Support Team would predominately be focused on our financial modules within the ERP system. Therefore, we would require a candidate who can demonstrate a strong finance support background and possess IT skills. We can offer a hybrid (2 day minimum in the office) working model with a standard working week of 37 hours.
We are looking for a proactive, self-learner with good communication skills with the ability to seamlessly liaise at all levels from senior management to junior members.
Key attributes include: -
Experience with ERP System Support and ongoing Support Desk activities. With particular focus in the following areas: Financials, Trading Sales Order Processing and Despatch. Operations Stock Control, Purchase Order Processing, Intake, Production & BOM, Warehouse Management and Quality Control.
Strong communication ability to provide 1 st & 2 nd Line support. This involves dealing directly with end users from junior staff to Senior Management.
Documentation skills with an organised and methodical approach are a necessity. Aligned with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Team player to complement our existing personnel and to promote internal collaboration, problem solving and support.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal support documentation and user guides.
Desirable rather than essential, knowledge of: -
SQL skills for queries and data validation
Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS
Understanding of APIs, EDI & VPN connectivity
