Role
This rare opportunity combines farm management with teaching responsibilities in an idyllic setting. The Farm Manager will plan, organise and manage all farm activities, work with the grounds and equestrian departments and support the broader school curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
* Planning and implementing strategies for the farm, equestrian department and estate.
* Organising farm administration and working machinery.
* Collaborating with other school staff to integrate farm activities into the educational programme.
