We are currently looking for a Project Lead to join our clients, a successful Art Consultancy in Dubai who are looking to expand their team due to continued success and increases in projects taken on.
To be considered for this position you must have a PMP certificate.
Working hours:
1. 9.00am – 6.00pm
2. Hours can be flexible by 1 hour
The successful Project Lead will be offered:

Project Lead requirements:
10. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
11. PMP certificate
12. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
13. Proficient in, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office
14. Excellent communication skills
15. Driving license and access to own car
16. Experience with direct line management, training and development
17. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to recognise and prioritise time-sensitive projects
18. Exceptional customer and client service skills
Project Lead key responsibilities will include:
19. Responsible for all phases of a project, from pre-sales to project onboarding and project closing
20. Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and clients, providing regular updates and addressing issues promptly
21. Monitors the complete project timeline, cost control and manages procurement processes from the project team to procurement department to ensure alignment with project contract, scope, timeline, and budget.
22. Adhere to PMP methodologies and effective risk management
23. Foster and ensure a collaborative team environment
24. Mentor team members
25. Ensure compliance with PMO standards in project documentation
26. Support sales and business development initiatives to align project execution with client needs and secure future opportunities
