Radiology is a busy department providing a high standard of diagnostic tests. Our booking clerks manage the diaries for all modalities and ensure every patient examination is booked in a timely manner with privacy and dignity.
This role is full time over 5 days, however part time applicants will be considered. Working hours range from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday and is based in the Radiology Department at Salisbury District Hospital.
Main duties of the job
Efficiently and accurately fill available Radiology examination appointment slots through telephone conversations with patients. You will be making or receiving calls from patients, some of whom may be anxious about their examinations or potential results, and endeavour to provide them with the shortest waiting time possible.
