We’re working with a specialist research and insights firm that provides global data and analysis to clients across the financial services and retail technology sectors. Their research is used by leading market participants, analysts, and regulators as a trusted benchmark for industry intelligence.
They’re now seeking a Research Associate to join their growing team — a varied and intellectually stimulating role involving international research, data analysis, and project delivery.
As a Research Associate, you will:
* Conduct both primary and secondary research across global markets
* Engage with senior industry professionals through interviews and surveys
* Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and insights
* Prepare reports, briefings, and data-driven presentations for clients
* Contribute to consulting projects, newsletters, and events
* Build strong professional relationships with research contacts worldwide
* Work closely with colleagues on collaborative, multi-market studies
What we’re looking for:
* A strong academic background (Russell Group) and at least two years of professional experience (not necessarily in research)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (native-level English)
* Confident analytical and numerical ability with high attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Fluency in another language is advantageous but not essential
