Project Brief: Bana B2B Programmatic SEO Website (Webflow)
1. Project Overview & Company Context
Company: Bana (Current site: )
Industry: B2B Apparel Fabric Sourcing
Core Value Proposition: We solve supply chain nightmares for mid-sized apparel brands by offering incredibly low MOQs (starting at 50m) and fast lead times (15 days).
Project Goal: We are transitioning from a static "brochure" website to a programmatic SEO inbound engine. We need a Webflow UI designer and developer to build a new site architecture centered around a dynamic CMS catalog of 200+ fabric "Parent Categories." ## 2. Target Audience & UX Vibe
The User: Apparel Brand Founders, Fashion Designers, and strict Sourcing/Production Managers.
The Vibe: Premium, ruthless efficiency, and highly trustworthy. Think "McKinsey report meets modern fashion tech."
UX Goal: The user should be able to land on a fabric page, instantly see the MOQ/Lead Time specs, read a short technical description, and be driven to a single Call to Action (CTA): "Request Swatch / Get Pricing."
3. Scope of Work (The Deliverables)
We need the following pages and systems designed and developed in Webflow:
1. Homepage: * Needs a strong hero section highlighting 50m MOQs and 15-day lead times.

2. The Webflow CMS Setup (The Database):
Create a Webflow CMS Collection titled "Fabric Catalog."
Configure the CMS fields to perfectly match our Google Sheet CSV upload (Schema provided below).
3. Dynamic CMS Product Template (The Core SEO Page):
Design the single master layout that will automatically populate for all 200+ fabrics.
Must be highly optimized for technical SEO (H1s, Meta Titles pulled from CMS, lightning-fast load speeds).
4. "Lead Magnet" Landing Page Template:
A simple, high-converting squeeze page template for our downloadable PDF industry reports. Must integrate with a HubSpot form.
5. Integrations:
Embed our Dante AI Chatbot script site-wide.
