Hours & Compensation
Hours: 46 per week
Hourly Rate: £12.35
Shift Pattern: Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat (10:00 – 18:00) Sun (10:00 – 16:00)
Responsibilities
* Provide visible deterrence and respond to incidents in-store
* Complete incident reports and collaborate with local authorities
* Carry out guarding duties and manage day-to-day store security
* Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity
* Assess vulnerabilities and work to minimise risk
* Liaise with management and local authorities as applicable
* Manage vulnerable persons with empathy and professionalism
* Conduct colleague and contractor searches in line with policy
* Digitally report incidents and use devices for daily planning
* Provide detailed and legible incident reporting to assist clients and authorities
The Person | Qualifications
* Must have a valid SIA license to apply
* Previous retail security experience is an advantage but not essential; full training provided

* Possess a current SIA Guarding or SIA Door Supervisor licence
