Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting learning across the curriculum alongside class teachers
* Providing one-to-one and small group support
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Helping children with additional needs access learning
* Assisting with classroom prep, displays, and admin tasks
?? What We're Looking For:
* A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience working with children (school or other settings) - desirable
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - a plus, but not essential
