Requirements:
* Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
* Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Track procurement transactions to ensure timely processing.
* Resolve order discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
* Monitor procurement expenditures and report variances.
* Maintain accurate procurement records for audits.
* Recommend process improvements for efficiency.
