Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and coordinating the design process from concept to completion
Collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and Thames Water to align on project requirements and objectives
Ensuring design compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and client specifications
Managing design resources, schedules, and budgets
Conducting design reviews and providing technical guidance to the design team
Facilitating communication between design teams and other project disciplines
Addressing design-related issues and implementing solutions effectively
Maintaining quality control and assurance throughout the design lifecycle
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in design management within the water sector
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex design projects
Strong understanding of water infrastructure design principles and practices
