Role Description

Super Friendz is seeking a full-time Office Associate to join our dynamic team on-site in Leeds. As Office Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the Production, Marketing and Programming teams to ensure projects, and events are delivered effectively and efficiently. You will provide essential clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a creative environment.

Role & Responsibilities

* Provide general administrative and office support across the company
* Support production teams with scheduling, logistics, documentation, and coordination
* Assist with ticketing administration, including ticket reconciliation and reporting
* Support invoice processing and general financial administration, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
* Assist with event delivery, including planning support, supplier coordination, and on-the-day assistance
* Support programming activities with research, communications, and admin tasks
* Assist marketing and design teams with basic coordination, asset management, and content organisation
* Help improve office processes and day-to-day workflows
* Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, freelancers, partners, and suppliers
* Maintain organised records, files, and shared systems

About You

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working across multiple projects and teams at once
* A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Proactive, adaptable, and happy to pitch in where needed
* Passionate about about culture and music
* Confident using common office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools, etc.)

Desirable (but not essential)

* Experience working in a creative, cultural, or production-based organisation
* Experience supporting events or live projects
* Full UK Driving license
* Basic understanding of marketing, design, or production workflows
