We are working with a great Live Events Creative Agency based in central London. They work on very exciting projects for top global brands, they focused mostly on luxury and culture significant brands, curating and producing exceptional experiences across the globe.
They are quite well known by the quality of their projects, the CRAFT, all very creative driven - across experiential, content, installations, events and exhibitions. Projects might range from a luxury dinner in premium locations, to runaway shows/ activations, immersive experiences etc. All 360 experiences, engaging all senses.
The agency is quite established and is doing really well. It's a very exciting time to join, they are growing and want people to grow within the agency.
The Creative Lead will report to the Head of Creative and will work across all their top clients and be involved in pitches. It will be a conceptual and hands on role (design and art direction) and the Creative Lead spearhead the
conceptual and visual direction
of world-class experiential projects across fashion, beauty, luxury lifestyle, and art and mentor 2 more junior creatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and shape
creative concepts across experiential activations, content, installations, events, and exhibitions.
* Inspire and mentor
both internal teams and external collaborators throughout the creative process.
* Translate
brand strategy and client briefs
into elevated, visually striking creative outputs.
* Pitch and present
confidently to senior stakeholders, articulating creative rationale with authority.
* Uphold the
highest standards of craft, innovation, and brand alignment
across all deliverables.
* Partner with producers to ensure
concepts are realised seamlessly
within scope, budget, and timeline.
* Anticipate and leverage
cultural, fashion, design, and technology trends
to keep work cutting-edge.
* Champion a
creative culture
within the agency through thought leadership and mentorship.

in Events / Brand Activation agency

* Exceptional art direction skills
with a refined eye for storytelling, design, and typography.
