Job Title: 1st Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Northampton (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote after probation)
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Role Responsibilities
* Handle and prioritise incoming service desk calls and escalated service requests.
* Monitor and manage customer IT systems using diagnostic tools.
* Ensure efficient communication and ticket resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd line teams to support more complex issues.
* Maintain accurate documentation and customer communication logs.
* Proactively escalate unresolved issues when needed.
Key Attributes Required
* Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support environment.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows 10, Office 365, Exchange, and Windows Server 2019/2022.
* Ability to set up and support mobile devices across multiple platforms.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
* GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) and a valid UK driving licence.
