The Company & Commercial team advise a range of clients, including companies, partnerships, sole-traders and start-ups and they pride themselves on gaining a deep understanding of their client's businesses and aspirations. Upon joining the team, your day to day responsibilities will include:
* Dealing with the sale and purchase of businesses
* Preparing and assessing contracts and agreements
* Handling mergers, acquisitions and partnerships
* Assessing risks in business transactions and notifying compliance teams of any issues
* Representing businesses in court or alternative dispute resolution processes.
* Providing general legal advice on various matters, such as IP, employment and regulatory compliance
The successful candidate will be kept busy and motivated working within a friendly team and you will be a driven individual who is able to maintain the very high standards the firm have set.
