Overview
CMA Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a highly respected education client based in Central Bournemouth, Dorset, who has a requirement to hire a Temporary Accounts Assistant to start asap.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring the finance inbox and dealing with finance queries
* High volume sales ledger invoice processing accurately
* Maintain accounting controls and procedures to ensure compliance
* Support with additional transactional accounting tasks
* Monitoring aged debt and speaking to customers to chase outstanding money
Suitable Candidate
* Previous sales ledger and transactional accounting experience is required
* Experience using accountancy systems such as Xero and Sage
* To be considered for this position you will need to be available at short notice
* You will enjoy working in a team environment
