A dynamic and fast-growing media network is looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join its London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for project delivery, campaign execution, and operational excellence.
Working at the centre of the business, the successful candidate will help coordinate the rollout of high-impact digital screens, manage experiential activations, and support cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that truly stand out.
What the role involves:
🔹 Coordinating digital screen rollouts – working with suppliers, local authorities, and internal teams
🔹 Supporting the delivery of experiential campaigns from planning through to on-site execution
🔹 Liaising with Sales to ensure smooth end-to-end campaign delivery
🔹 Tracking project timelines, flagging risks, and keeping stakeholders in the loop
🔹 Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
🔹 Driving continuous improvement across systems and processes
What they’re looking for:
✅ Experience in operations, project coordination, or campaign delivery – ideally in media, advertising, or events
✅ Great organisational and multitasking skills
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
✅ A proactive mindset and attention to detail
✅ Comfort working on-site and occasionally outside standard hours
✅ Confidence using MS Office; project management tools are a bonus
