Early Years Practitioner (Unqualified, Level 2 or Level 3)

Contract: Full-time
Please Note: Unqualified does NOT mean inexperienced. We are looking for someone with exposure to childcare settings, nanny work, youth work, after school clubs, etc.
About the Role
Teaching Personnel is searching for passionate and empathetic Early Years Practitioners to join a welcoming nursery in Bath. You will be working with children aged 0-5, creating a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn and grow. Your Responsibilities
* Facilitating engaging and age-appropriate activities
* Supporting children’s play, learning, and emotional development
* Assisting with daily routines, mealtimes, and personal care
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with children and families
* Working as part of a team to maintain a safe, caring environment
* Contributing to observations, assessments, and planning (L2/3)
What We are Looking For
* A positive, caring person who has a strong desire to work with children.
* Formal or informal childcare experience, for example nursery roles, nannying or Au Pair work, after‑school or youth clubs, or supporting the care of younger siblings or relatives.
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare is desirable but not essential.
* Reliability, good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
* A willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
