About the Role
Reed Education in Leeds is seeking a proactive and highly organised Temporary Administrator to support our busy team during a peak operational period. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our branch and supporting the wider Yorkshire and North East region.
You’ll work closely with our consultants, candidates, and referees to deliver an efficient and compliant onboarding process for teachers and support staff registering for work in schools across West Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to Education offices across West Yorkshire and the wider region
* Managing candidate compliance processes and ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant
* Chasing references and maintaining clear, consistent communication with referees
* Liaising with prospective candidates, including teachers, TAs, and school support staff
* Updating internal systems and maintaining confidential data with accuracy and professionalism
* Supporting the Leeds office with general administration and day-to-day operational tasks
