This company is a family business and have been successfully trading for over 50 years. They have grown from a small business into one of Northern Irelands leading suppliers.
They are recruiting for a Part Time office Administrator.
This is a 12 month contract to cover maternity with possibility of being extended.
Hours of work is Monday – Friday 9-2.
Pay rate is £14.95 per hour.
All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.Your new role As Part Time Administrator duties include:Process phone orders and ensure products are charged correctlyPlace orders and approve invoices using EDI and customer portalsProcess despatch and advance shipment notices within agreed procedures and timescalesLiaise with customers and resolve discrepanciesProcess invoices, credits, statements and delivery dockets within agreed procedures and timescalesReception duties to include answering the telephone, sorting out post, ordering stationary supplies, filing, greeting visitorsAssume responsibility for access to the site by operating the barrierCommunicate with the despatch department and transport companies in relation to logistical planningPromote good equal opportunity practice What youll get in return You will receive an excellent salary pro rata.
