* Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences, ensuring a calm and purposeful learning environment
* Deliver pre-set lessons and ensure students remain on task
* Assist with classroom support, exam invigilation, and administrative tasks
* Positively contribute to student behaviour, engagement, and achievement
* Work closely with teaching staff to support the day-to-day running of the school
