We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Service Driver team at our new purpose-built distribution centre in Darlington. Position Summary: The Customer Service Driver plays a crucial role in our organisation by delivering products and services to customers with the highest level of professionalism and care. This position requires a commitment to excellent customer service, safe driving practices, and effective communication skills. The Customer Service Driver acts as a representative of our company, ensuring that every interaction with customers is positive and reflective of our values. Responsibilities: Pre departure you will carry out vehicle checks before following the delivery schedule in a timely manner. You will report issues to the transport office and check temperatures along the way. You will unload the vehicle using the tail lift and get the relevant documentation signed by the restaurant. When returning to site you will clean the inside of vehicle and refuel the unit and fridge unit before parking up as directed before de-briefing your shift manager.
