Role Description
The UK Partnerships Manager will focus on building, managing, and growing relationships with key partners and brands across the UK. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for collaboration, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing ongoing partner relationships to drive revenue and brand growth. The role involves hands‑on strategy development, performance analysis, and coordination with internal teams. This is a full‑time hybrid role based in our Bristol office, with flexibility for hybrid remote work.
Qualifications
* Strong relationship management, client communication, and negotiation skills
* Strategic thinking with experience in partnership or business development
* Proficiency in market research and data analysis for identifying growth opportunities
* Understanding of eCommerce, marketing strategies, and brand development
* Excellent organizational and project management abilities
* Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with both in‑office and remote collaboration
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
* An interest in merchandise and creative branding is a plus
