They specialise in crafting innovative campaigns that captivate audiences and deliver real results in the TikTok world. As they expand, they're looking for a driven Partnerships Manager to join their team and help grow their client base.
The Role
As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for pitching influencer marketing services to brands, agencies, and media buyers, helping them leverage TikTok to drive impact. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for social media.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships with brands and agencies
* Develop and deliver compelling TikTok/Influencer marketing pitches tailored to client needs
* Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to craft bespoke influencer marketing solutions
* Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals
* Stay up to date with TikTok trends and industry developments to inform client strategies
* Meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the agency’s growth
