They are seeking a Project Director to join their business, offering the opportunity to lead landmark projects and oversee high-performing teams within a forward-thinking and design-driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to become part of a close-knit senior team and contribute to high-profile projects across London.
The Ideal Project Director Will Have
* Degree in Construction Management, NVQ Level 7, or equivalent
* SMSTS, First Aid at Work (Level 3), Temporary Works Supervisor
* Strong contractual understanding, including variations and notices
* Proven experience delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects
* Ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary project teams
* Experience managing programmes, quality, compliance, and commercial reporting
* Competency in Procore site management tools
* Proficiency in MS Office, MS Projects, and Asta Powerproject
* Strong client-facing ability, with experience working with architects, consultants, and private clients
* High level of organisation, risk management, and problem-solving capability
