As a Residential Support Worker, you will help children who need it most by providing structure, emotional support, and engaging activities. You will be part of a close-knit team, with support from Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts, all dedicated to helping children find their path to brighter futures.
What You'll Do / Responsibilities
* Be ready to make every day different with activities such as cooking, outdoor play, music, crafts, and other engaging tasks that support children's development.
* Provide structure, emotional support, and a positive environment within a team of six, with strong managerial and specialist support.
What We're Looking For / Qualifications
* Experience with Children in care, education, or another setting – you bring passion and energy.
* Enthusiasm and resilience to handle challenges with a positive attitude.
* Qualifications: willing to work towards (or already hold) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.
