We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to support learning in KS2. This is a fixed-term role that is a brilliant opportunity for someone passionate about education and ready to make a real difference.
💼 What You’ll Do:
1. Support individuals and small groups in class to reach their full potential
2. Promote inclusion and independent learning
3. Prepare and adapt lesson resources under teacher guidance
4. Support class routines and behaviour management
5. Supervise lunchtime play (paid duty)
6. Provide pastoral care and emotional support
7. Contribute to a safe and engaging learning environment

8. Has some understanding of child development and SEND
9. Demonstrates strong spoken and written English and good maths skills

Candidates will be judged on both their capability for the post and their suitability for working with children. Good English and Maths skills are essential and candidates must have GCSE maths and English at grade C or above.
