The Opportunity: Make Your Mark
This is not a typical P&C Manager role. This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced and ambitious professional to step up and co-create the future of People & Culture at a global scale. We’re looking for someone who has mastered the 'how' of P&C and is now ready to help define the 'why'.
You will be the strategic partner to our CEO and Head of Operations, using your deep operational knowledge to help formulate and execute a P&C strategy fit for a growing, global business. You will lead high-impact, global projects, moving from pure implementation to strategic design. If you are ready to take your expertise and make a lasting mark on your career by shaping a world-class culture, this is your moment.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of the executive leadership team, you will have full ownership of the People & Culture agenda. Your mandate is to develop and lead a holistic strategy that enables our business goals and fosters a high-performing, inclusive global culture.
Strategic & Cultural Leadership
* People Strategy: Define and execute a clear People Strategy that links business goals with the culture, capability, and structures needed to deliver them.
* Culture & Values: Lead workshops and initiatives to redefine, embed, and champion BINYAN’s cultural values, ensuring our unique culture thrives as we scale.
* Mission & Vision: Develop and implement a communication plan to ensure BINYAN’s mission, vision, and goals are visible, understood, and lived across our global, remote workforce.
* Employee Engagement: Design and launch our first employee engagement survey, creating and executing an action plan to address feedback and cultivate a highly engaged workforce.
Talent & Performance
* Talent Acquisition: Design and implement a scalable, global hiring strategy to attract and retain top-tier talent, including the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Learning & Development: Create a comprehensive L&D strategy, including a leadership development program, skills gap analysis, and capability framework to support employee growth and succession planning.
* Remuneration Philosophy: Develop a transparent, equitable, and competitive global remuneration philosophy, including salary bands and market benchmarking, to attract and retain top talent.
Operations & Foundations
* Employee Benefits: Conduct a comprehensive benefits analysis and recommend market-competitive enhancements that support employee wellbeing and reinforce our value proposition.
* HR Operations & Technology: Develop an HR Tech stack strategy to automate processes, reduce administrative overhead, and provide a seamless employee experience.
* People Analytics: Establish a scalable analytics and reporting rhythm to provide the leadership team with timely, data-informed insights into workforce trends.
* Policy & Compliance: Ensure all People policies are legally compliant, future-focused, and clearly communicated. This includes strengthening our approach to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), with a focus on psychosocial safety.
* Diversity & Inclusion: Develop and implement D&I initiatives and ensure compliance with mandatory reporting requirements (e.g., WGEA in Australia).
What We Offer
* A genuine opportunity to step up and co-lead the strategic direction of a global P&C function.
* The chance to make a visible and lasting impact, with a clear pathway for career growth.
* A flexible, remote-first working environment.
* A competitive salary package, commensurate with experience and location - circa. £60,000 per annum
You will be part of a diverse and dynamic workplace, with a relaxed professional approach. We work hard, but we know how to wind down too - whether it's catching up over a coffee or heading out for lunch on a Friday with the team. We're more than just colleagues, we're a team that not only enjoys working but socialising together.
