We are seeking an exceptional and values-driven leader to join our senior leadership team as Group Assistant Principal - Inclusive Learning. This is a significant strategic leadership role with responsibility for shaping and leading Inclusive Learning provision across the Group. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that learners with SEND, those studying at Entry Level and Level 1, learners at risk of becoming NEET, and those requiring alternative pathways receive an outstanding educational experience that enables them to thrive and progress. A role with real impact This is an exciting opportunity to bring together our Supported Learning, SEND, Entry Level, Level 1, NEET and Alternative Provision pathways into a coherent and ambitious model that puts learners at the centre of everything we do. Working closely with the Group Principal and senior leaders, you will lead the development of a single, joined-up Inclusive Learning offer, including dedicated post-16 SEND provision, innovative community-based delivery models and clear progression routes into further learning, apprenticeships, employment and adulthood. You will have the opportunity to shape strategy, influence curriculum development, build partnerships and drive innovation whilst ensuring consistently high standards of quality, inclusion and learner outcomes. What you'll be leading: the strategic development of Inclusive Learning across the Group SEND and Supported Learning provision entry Level and Level 1 curriculum pathways NEET and alternative provision programmes community-based and outreach learning opportunities Student wellbeing, engagement and progression initiatives cross-group SEND and inclusive practice development relationships with local authorities, schools, employers and external partners quality improvement, curriculum innovation and organisational growth.
