About the role We're looking for a detail oriented individual to support the day to day operations of the finance function. The role involves processing invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, managing payment runs and liaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries. It's an excellent opportunity for someone organised, proactive and eager to develop their experience within a busy finance environment. Duties Reconcile supplier statements, investigate variances and resolve account discrepancies. Monitor the finance inbox, managing supplier and internal queries efficiently. Process and code invoices with accuracy, ensuring timely and compliant entry. Review and verify staff expense claims in line with company policies. Support regular payment runs, maintaining accuracy and attention to deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams to secure invoice approvals and ensure smooth workflows. Maintain and update financial records and process documentation as needed. Uphold strong governance, data integrity and adherence to internal procedures and controls. Key Skills Solid working knowledge of Excel and general IT literacy. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. Self motivated and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Confident communicator who builds positive relationships at all levels. Enthusiastic and eager to develop new knowledge and skills. Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Results driven mindset with a determined and professional attitude. Proactive and organised, able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
