We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking National Vaccination Operational Manager to lead and coordinate the Scottish Ambulance Service Vaccination Programme. This national programme delivers a comprehensive range of vaccinations throughout Scotland, with a particular focus on improving access for remote, rural, and underserved communities. As Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving public health initiatives, reducing health inequalities, and ensuring the effective delivery of vaccination services at scale. This position sits within the Clinical Quality & Professional Development Directorate, under the Infection Prevention & Control Service, and will report directly to the National Vaccination Services Manager. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and robust organisational skills.
