Health & Social Care Lecturer Hourly Rate: £30 to £35 Location: West London Job Type: Part-time We are seeking a dedicated Health & Social Care Lecturer to join our team, delivering L2 and L3 courses. The role involves approximately 20-24 hours of teaching per week, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with an additional 4 hours dedicated to administrative duties. The ideal candidate can start as soon as possible. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging and informative lessons for Level 2 and Level 3 BTEC Health & Social Care courses. Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards. Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain student attendance records and other necessary documentation. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum. Offer guidance and support to students to enhance their learning experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience teaching Level 3 BTEC Health & Social Care. A teaching qualification is ideal but not mandatory. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to create an inclusive and motivating environment for students.
