Job Description
3. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of plumbing systems within the organisation's facilities.
4. Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing installations and associated systems.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties.
6. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address building service issues.
7. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
8. Order and manage stock levels of plumbing materials and equipment as needed.
9. Respond promptly to emergencies to minimise disruption to operations.
10. Provide advice and guidance on plumbing systems to other departments as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Plumber should have:
11. Relevant plumbing qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
12. Experience in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in a professional environment.
