Protocol Education are currently recruiting a Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant to join a SEND provision at a school in Chigwell.
The pupils attending the school have a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), complex learning disabilities, or an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). A genuine interest in supporting pupils with SEND is essential; however, no previous experience is required, as training and support will be provided.
All staff work together to inspire, motivate, challenge, and support every pupil, regardless of their individual needs. A positive, friendly approach and the ability to build strong relationships with children are key to success in this role.
This is a long-term, full-time position, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
