We’re looking for a sharp, detail-focused Commissioning Manager to take ownership of the final, mission-critical phase of high-profile mechanical, electrical, and fit-out projects. You’ll coordinate people, processes, and testing—ensuring everything functions exactly as it should before handover.

What You’ll Do

Lead commissioning of MEP and fit-out works from start to sign-off
*
Coordinate subcontractors, designers, FM teams, and security for all testing activities
*
Develop and manage detailed test plans, reports, and client documentation
*
Resolve commissioning issues quickly and efficiently
*
Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specs
*
Represent commissioning in client and stakeholder meetings
What You’ll Bring
*
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related)
*
Strong commissioning experience on MEP/fit-out projects
*
Great documentation, reporting, and coordination skills
*
Calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, and solution-driven
*
Clear, confident communicator across all levels
Desirable Extras
*
PMP or equivalent project management certification
*
Experience with heritage buildings or high footfall environments
