Production ManagerSalary Range: £45,000 circaLocation: Ellesmere PortContract type: Full time, permanentCompany DescriptionLead the manufacturing and repair process of timber products to ensure efficient and effective production. Lead and manage the production leadership teams to drive accountability and ownership of every stage of production to deliver conforming product manufactured right first time within budget. Ensure the team are multi-skilled, leaders are developed, the team is ready to react to new opportunities.
Drive data led continuous improvement to demonstrate ongoing process improvement and output.ResponsibilitiesQualifications and ExperienceProven leadership experience within a manufacturing environmentIOSH Managing SafelyUnderstanding and practical application of OEE and OLE highly desirableUnderstanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chainCompetent in analysis, assessment, measurementPerseverance, personal ambition, and willingness to develop within a dynamic environmentProven track record of driving productivity improvements through KPIsHealth, Safety and EnvironmentEnsure all production team adheres to company H&S procedures with regard to PPE, accident/incident reporting etc.Ensure we maintain a consistent and robust induction process.
