We are a fast growing company and specialise in the installation of heat pumps, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Renewable Energy Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling renewable energy. Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential clients to promote renewable energy products and services
* Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their energy needs and present tailored solutions
* Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate product delivery and installation schedules
* Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using IT systems
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in renewable energy
* Manage your schedule efficiently to maximise client engagement opportunities and meet sales targets
Skills
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits
* Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions
* Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, email communication, and presentation applications
* Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and optimise sales activities
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
* Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and relationship-building
