Job Description:
A school in Ealing with a strong focus on the Performing Arts is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join their well-established department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Drama Teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially A-Level Drama, developing their performance skills, creativity, and understanding of theatre. Location: Ealing
Role: Drama Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
* Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of dramatic techniques and theatrical styles within Drama.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Performing Arts to share best practice and enhance the Drama curriculum.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Drama.
* Direct and support school drama productions and extracurricular drama clubs.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching Drama at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
* Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Drama and theatre.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students in Drama.
* A passion for fostering creativity and performance skills through Drama.
