Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Milton for a Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff management and training, inventory oversight, menu development in collaboration with chefs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves monitoring financial performance, developing strategies for revenue growth, maintaining supplier relationships, and implementing operational improvements to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
* Experience in menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining supplier relationships.
