Salary: £ per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week, am - 3 pm

Your role as an Administrator will include:
7. Promote and provide a high quality of administrative support to the home
8. General office duties including filing, photocopying & dealing with telephone enquiries
9. Financial compliance at Home Level
10. Payroll and staffing procedures - following safe recruitment procedures as per company guidelines
11. Maintain accurate and timely resident and staff records on relevant systems
Desirable skills:
12. Good numerical and word processing skills
13. Knowledge/experience of MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
14. Good communication and organisational skills
15. Previous experience of book-keeping/administration
16. Friendly, confident, well-presented and customer focused
17. Professional telephone manner
18. Genuine interest in working within a caring environment
