Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager focusing on the Catering and Educational Sector. The position is based in Welwyn Garden City, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing strategies for business growth, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of catering services.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or related fields
* Knowledge and experience in the Catering or Education sector
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in developing strategies and handling market research
* Ability to work independently and in team settings
* Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working model
* Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Understanding of health and nutrition standards in school meal planning is an advantage
