Job Title: Supply Teacher

A variety of secondary schools in Doncaster are seeking confident and adaptable Supply Teachers to provide reliable classroom cover across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into a range of classrooms to deliver pre-set work, maintain learning continuity and manage behaviour effectively. This role suits teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility and the opportunity to work across different school settings without long-term planning responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Maintain a structured, calm and positive learning environment
* Support student engagement and ensure tasks are completed
* Adapt quickly to different school routines and expectations
* Report any concerns to relevant staff when necessary
* Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absence
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable)
* Experience working in secondary school environments
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Flexible, professional and reliable approach
* Ability to adapt across subjects and school settings
* Confident working independently in classroom settings
