As a result, we are creating the role of Lochaber Care & Repair Co-Ordinator which will play a vital part in delivering services, supporting teams, and improving outcomes for our clients.
The Role
The LCR Co-Ordinator will take responsibility for day-to-day service delivery, leading and developing teams, and driving strong, consistent performance. Working closely with senior leaders and the LCR Management Committee, you will help turn strategy into practical improvements that make a real difference to our clients.

What We Offer
* A salary of £45,505 - £53,864 per annum (depending on experience)
