We are partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to help drive the successful delivery of large-scale SAP transformation programmes. This is a senior role, ideal for someone with a strong track record of managing complex SAP projects and leading high-performing teams across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, building strong client relationships
* Oversee multiple SAP workstreams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR) and ensure seamless integration
* Manage and mentor project teams, including functional and technical consultants
* Drive programme governance, risk management, and quality assurance
* Support business development activities, including proposals and client presentations
* Ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards in SAP delivery
Key Requirements
* Strong background in SAP implementations (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
* Demonstrated experience managing large, complex transformation programmes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities
* Experience with delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
