Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with brand’s commercial and distribution goals
* Drive revenue growth through market expansion and high-potential account management
* Lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture
* Manage key B2B partnerships and luxury retailer relationships
* Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management across all channels
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaigns, launches, and commercial initiatives
* Support ethical sales principles and B Corp certification process
Candidate Requirements
* Successful sales leadership, including international markets and luxury retail, within fragrance, beauty, or premium consumer goods
* Strong financial acumen including P&L management expertise
