The Role
You will deliver Motorsport courses to both Level 3 and degree-level students, combining theory with practical, industry-informed teaching.
This is not just classroom delivery — you’ll be shaping future engineers, team members, and industry professionals, many of whom go on to work at the very highest levels of motorsport.
The college has an outstanding track record, with former students progressing into elite roles within top-tier motorsport teams, including Formula 1.
Ideal Background
We are keen to hear from both experienced lecturers and industry professionals.
You should have:
A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant motorsport or engineering discipline
Industry experience within motorsport (e.g. rally, circuit racing, Formula 1 or similar environments)
Strong understanding of motorsport operations, with management and logistics experience highly desirable
A passion for developing future talent Experience working within high-performance or professional motorsport teams will be a significant advantage.
