BDS Recruitment are currently working with a well-known housing organisation based in Coventry, who are looking to recruit a Property Repairs Administrator to join their busy team!
The main purpose is to provide efficent administrative support services to the team in the delivery of DMC (Damp, Mould, Condesation) day to day repairs.
Main duties will include:
* To be clear point of contact for any issues with core contractors and stakeholders.
* Actively track a jobs progress.
* Review daily work in progress levels.
* Liaise with wider team, both internal and external to resolve issues as required.
* Produce payment schedules, process invoices, chase valuations and manage payments.
* Create and process letters, including referrals and appointments.
The successful candidate should have great communication skills, good attention to detail, good IT skills aswell as being resilient and have a keen eye for detail.
Contract; Temporary Ongoing
Hours; 36.25 per week (Monday to Friday) - Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
Payrate; £13.40 per hour (paye) or £18.42 per hour (umbrella)
