An experienced Head of Food and Beverage is sought to lead and elevate the guest experience across diverse hospitality operations in the South and Southwest of England. Overseeing 8 established sites, with an exciting new opening planned for 2027, this role will take full ownership of the food & beverage, retail, and e-commerce offerings, driving innovation, operational excellence, and commercial success.
The ideal candidate will bring strong regional or multi-site hospitality leadership experience, combining strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver a clear hospitality strategy across F&B and retail, driving growth and guest satisfaction.
* Ensure consistent quality, innovation, and operational excellence across all food, drink, and retail offerings.
* Manage procurement, suppliers, stock, and processes to maximise efficiency and profitability.
* Oversee systems, payroll, and operations to ensure compliance and smooth running.
* Inspire and develop on-site teams, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Track financial performance and provide insights to senior leadership.
* Support refurbishment and development projects, maintaining operational readiness and brand standards
Experience needed,
* Proven multi-site or regional hospitality/F&B management experience in leisure, resort, or retail sectors. Strong food and drinks focus
* Strong commercial and budget management skills with cost-control and margin improvement expertise.
* Skilled in procurement, supplier management, and operational compliance.
* Inspiring leader capable of motivating and developing diverse teams.
* Hands-on operator with a strategic mindset.
* Excellent organisational, planning, and communication abilities.
