A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join a values driven organisation located in the Burnley area, working as part of a broader people team. This is a true generalist role where you will support with the following:
* Being the first point of contact for all day-to-day people queries from Managers and employees
* Supporting the Head of HR with the delivery of the people strategy
* Building relationships with key stakeholders in the business
* Line Managing the HR Assistant
* Processing maternity, paternity and flexible working requests
* Coaching Managers through employee relations cases
* Leading on absence and performance management
* Supporting with a variety of engagement initiatives
* Championing equality, diversity and inclusion
* Reporting on HR metrics
* Advising Managers on recruitment, selection and talent planning
