WAVE Trauma Centre are recruiting for a Temporary Administrator based in our Armagh Centre.
The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Project Manager and wider team. You will be interacting with clients and fellow employees across the organisation. Salary: £25,992 per annum/37.5 hrs per week – Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm and Friday: 9am-4:30pm
Duration: Up to 3 Months

Essential Criteria:
· 2 GCSE’s at Grade C or above (or equivalent) one of which must be English Language
1. OCR/RSA Stage 2 (Parts I & II) Word Processing or equivalent.
OR
The ability to demonstrate same level of competence
2. A minimum of one years’ experience of working in an administrative role within an office environment.
3. Experience of maintaining a database
4. Demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook, Access and Excel
5. Proven experience of communicating effectively, both written and oral, with the ability to respond to sensitive client queries.
6. Good administrative presentation skills, displaying accuracy and attention to detail
7. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and be adaptable to the needs of the organisation.
